Neck = collar size (inches around neck)

Chest = or girth measurement is the circumference  directly behind the elbows all the way around

   the dog's chest (or around the chest & over the back which is done behind the front legs - elbows)

Measurements are approximate - I just need to be sure the harness will fit your canine friend
